SQL Data connector - recordings export delayed by 1 month?

I have a weird one.

We're trying to setup data connector to export CDR and recording/transcription data to MySQL.
The integration works and the tables are being populated. However. CDR, call quality and system metrics are exported fine, I can see today's entries for all the tables.
But the recordings data is delayed by exactly 1 month - I am only seeing records for 7th of July and earlier (as of time of posting). Yesterday it was up to 6th, which means that the recordings do come through.

I can see the fresh transcriptions (up to today) in the 3cx portal itself, so it's not caused by the transcription delays. I'm now at my wits end - how do I fix it?

3cx version: 20.0.9.995 Ent+ 16SC.

Hello,

I will make the assumption that you have (remote) archiving of recordings, set to 1 month. This then will make what you see the expected and desired behaviour - as only after archiving are the DB records for the recordings in their final form and so eligible for export. Depending on your overall needs, you can adjust the period to get faster data offload for those records.

Yes, the remote archiving is enabled.

So if we completely disable the remote archiving for the recordings, will it allow export of all current records?
We want to use the DB integration for some custom analytics, not historical record-keeping, so up-to-date data is needed for that.

@MaximV by the time you have to option and availability to use the Remote Archive for the Recordings
why to stop this and load the server where the PBX is installed on ?
Use the option below to Archive them immidiately and then check again the Data on your MySQL side.
