  1. 3CX Update 6 Alpha: Improved Call Data Records & Reports

Third...I'd love to have this report.
  2. Abandoned call discrepancies

Both users in question are only in this section for one queue, but both are listed, so their view should technically be the same.
  3. Abandoned call discrepancies

Both users are set to View All, and View settings both match identically with everything checked.
  4. Abandoned call discrepancies

I have a system with 50 or so users, multiple queues, IVRs, etc. There are 2 users who are both set as Receptionist, both have 100% visibility to all departments. On the Panel in the website, one user sees 3 abandoned calls. The other user sees 0. If you pull up an Abandoned Queue Calls...
  5. Fanvil V series and call quality issues and delay over time

We too have been getting more and more people with X5U-V2 and X6U-V2 set up as router phones getting bad call quality over time. Sometimes a reboot fixes it, but not it's got to the point where we just factory wipe the phone and reprovision. It'll work well again for a short while, and if it...
  6. Invalid Reply

Having the same issue here. Upgrading from 18 to 20, same error.
  7. Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone

    We're on V20 Build 4
  8. Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone

I can't submit a ticket on this as it affects my NFR copy.
  9. 3CX Multi tenant CID Blacklist per department

Yes, but that requires having a dedicated trunk per department/customer. If I want to keep everything in one trunk so I can oversubscribe it appears I'm stuck with only global CID Blacklist.
  10. 3CX Multi tenant CID Blacklist per department

I may have missed this, but is there a way to block certain inbound calls with the CID Blacklist on a per-deparment/DID basis with multi-tenant, or is it global? If it's only global now, will this be a feature added down the road?
  11. Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone

We've been having ongoing problems with these types of errors in our event log. This started on V18 but followed to V20. Sometimes a system reboot fixes it, other times it does not, and unfortunately it's not 100% duplicatable. My staff observed something yesterday however, and that when our...
  12. Bulk Import/Regenerate Passwords

Thanks for those links...I'll do that and just make them all unique from the start. Not too tedious with that method, thanks!
  13. Bulk Import/Regenerate Passwords

I would love to let the system randomize everything, but I'd like to withhold re-sending the welcome email until a later date/time, but the option gets grayed out when leaving the other items selected mentioned above.
  14. Bulk Import/Regenerate Passwords

Thanks for the info...is there a best practice for bulk importing? I don't think the provisioning file and QR code will be an issue, but does that mean I will have to create unique Web Client Passwords in the import CSV, or will the end user be fine with the same across the board since it makes...
  15. Bulk Import/Regenerate Passwords

I just spun up a new 3CX, used the CSV template to bulk import users and used the same AuthID/Password for all entries, thinking I can just hit Regenerate Passwords when done. The problem is, I don't want to email everyone in that process. I already have it set to not send the welcome email...
  16. Fax Server

Sure, we're using Lumen. We have other clients sharing/using the same service without issue.
  17. Fax Server

We have a new install on Debian where emails are being sent out fine for voicemail, welcome email, etc., but incoming faxes sent to the internal fax server never get sent out. Pulling up the 3CXSystemService.log file, I get examples like this: 2023/07/24 12:56:40.236|1616|0016|Erro|Can't open...
  18. Nested VMs

My datacenter host charges for cpu, memory, hard drive space, etc. as line items. CPU draw is usually very limited, so I can run a bunch of linux 3cx vm's and have fewer total cpu's on my hyper-v host, vs. 1-2 per 3cx instance. Same applies for RAM. I watch resources regularly and see how...
  19. Nested VMs

This thread belong in self-hosted, but for some reason I can't post there. We host in a local data center running VMWare. We spun up a Windows Server and have Hyper-V installed. We have a SBC handling all our SIP traffic, and the Windows host sits on the same network as the SBC. We have a...
  20. Progressive Call Queue

This also will break the ability to leave a voicemail. Ideally the customer wants the person in the queue to hit * to leave a voicemail or 2 to request a callback. If I have three queues, which is what I first tried, the * being pressed just advances you to queue 2, and then to queue 3. So...
