  1. Abandoned Calls - stop showing them to me (admin)!

I keep seeing abandoned calls every time I log in -- like a notification in the call section of the web console (v20). The calls are all from a single department but for the life of me I cannot find the setting that would show those to me? As far as I know my extension is not in that...
  2. 3CX SBC EOL: Upgrade Now for Improved Performance and Security

No you're good. Thanks for your help.
  3. 3CX SBC EOL: Upgrade Now for Improved Performance and Security

Ugh... thanks for the braindead response. But I think I understand what you're trying to say. I went back and re-read the post. Formatting wasn't ideal but I figured it out.
  4. 3CX SBC EOL: Upgrade Now for Improved Performance and Security

And to be clear, Pi SBCs require the full delete and reinstall with new image or can we run the Linux update script in the blog post? My Pi
  5. Update 3 ALPHA. The Admin Timesaver

My system says "out of date" on the update page but the new version says ALPHA and gives the warning about it being a Alpha/Beta.... So even though it's not out of date, I shouldn't update because the update is an ALPHA? Seems kind of counterintuitive. Maybe there should be a "release channel"...
  6. Disable missed call info/notification globally

Sadly in v20 there's no multi edit. I miss being able to set up BLFs without doing it one by one. Hopefully in an update soon. A global toggle for missed call emails would be nice.... I can't wait to jump into 200 extensions one by one.
  7. Raspberry Pi 5 - SBC ?

So for those of us on Digital Ocean hosted 3CX, here's what I did: 0. Logged into 3CX, added SBC. Then go back into it to grab the auth key etc. 1. Use Pi Imager, select Pi 5, and OS Lite x86 2. For config I set my login, hostname and enabled SSH 3. Boot Pi, find IP, ssh into 4. Followed the...
  8. Telnyx & DID in outgoing caller ID

Actually, being on v18 we are experiencing the issue. Outbound rule has number in e164 format for caller ID. Even if this line is within the list of DIDs in the trunk, it only shows the Caller ID as the main trunk. The issue has to be Telnyx somehow. Sadly I don't have access to the Telnyx page...
  9. Telnyx & DID in outgoing caller ID

Yeah I just suggested it... definitely not an ideal solution. Thanks for your update on the V20... I am on v18 right now but really need to do my upgrade.
  10. Telnyx & DID in outgoing caller ID

Same issue here for the last few weeks. We get around it by adding multiple trunks from Telnyx but set a different "main trunk". Super annoying.
