    Yes name do display on screen of the phone of every configured extension on each phone, yes i did upgrade the firmware as well & also re-provisioned the phone & also i restarted the server but still problem persist.& 3cx Version is 15.5.5

    Hi #aws2p, I have exact same settings in contact option section which you shown me here.

    i havent used it before, the problem is with making internal calls to any extension numbers, person making the call cant see the name only can see the extension number but the receiver can see the name & extension number.
