    Hi ! How can i track a single call from start until end in CDR file? How to use HISTORYID if the numbers (historyid field) do not repeat ? I must know how many time the call wait in the IVR, QUEUE, ETC... Thanks!

    VasilisV_3CX The timezone is correct. The PBX is running on Linux Debian VMACHINE. Manual reset works. 3CX have a activity log of this?

    Thanks for the Help! I changed the time zone to global in the extension and reprovisioned again. My #CX was setted to Brazilian EAST time. The time is correct now on the tested IP PHONE. I must change almost 200 Ip phones. How can change this in bulk mode?
