    There is no need to wait till the inconvienent expiry date to renew a 3CX license. The license renewal simply adds one year to the current expiry and can be done ahead of renewal date.

    You should use the sync selected users. It’s more work each time you add or remove someone but who wants extensions created that have no use anyway?

    Are you sure you are picking Renew not upgrade? Before you go to click renew when you just look at the license does it show ‘hosted’? If so you have to put in a ticket to get hosting removed. Then you can renew without it.
