GSM Gateway tied to 3CX in US - Verizon

You are correct - I was thinking of it in a more general sense of a SIP to Wireless provider setup. So

Can I pass an argument to a CFD when called from IVR

Originally planned to do that - but then made more sense to use what is there first. But I understand what you are saying and actually can do that for sure. Can one CFD call another? That way it is more modular.

Dial "0" in Voicemail to re-start Ringing of that extension.

So I haven't tried "Accept Mult Calls" - will give that a go. Thanks for the input.

Dial "0" in Voicemail to re-start Ringing of that extension.

So while considering this - I think the ability to enable a "Personal" queue would be a slick thing to have available. Really an extension of the queue concept but just tied to a single user. Some of the same behaviour - but not all the complexity as not required. Then a user could have seperate...

Dial "0" in Voicemail to re-start Ringing of that extension.

Lots of Dial "0" hits over they years. Looks like can now at least chose where it goes.New customer who was on old Toshiba system. They had the ability to use "0" when getting voicemail - to have the system start over to re-dial the extension. Seems silly to me but evidently they sit there...

Options since Exit ignore push is gone

Heck I figured it out and I am just a Gold Partner... I still don't understand why 3CX can't simply do what end users are requesting. I do think the Silent Mode is something we can live with - and hopefully keep it the same - and consistent in the new IOS version when it arrives.

One Way Audio after switching to Video in new version of Android App

Testing use of the Video process from my Galaxy S9 SM-G960U to web client at our office. Make call from 3CX Android App to a user on the Web client in Chrome. Call comes up fine with no issues. When I request switch to video - that works but then have issue with one-way Audio once video is up...

Route Calls to on call based on Schedule (most likely in SQL Tables) after ICR choice (1 for Area1, 2 for Area 3,etc)

We have a potential client who wants new system (they don't have it now) to use an IVR - that allows them to select an area of medical need - then forward the call to the cell phone of that person based on a pre-planned call schedule. That is not a seperate DID for each area - but one number -...

    Solved Provisioning Error

That means the phone can't reach the provisioning URL when outside of your network. That is on either port 443 or 5001(default). Without that ability the phone can not configure.

    IF_TWO_LINKS_START Variable change

I recently created a stub domain in our DNS to allow the External FQDN to work inside of the network. so https://my3cxserver.ia.3cx.us resolves correctly to the internal IP as expected. Works perfectly to insure there is not certificate error - which for this customer was a big deal. Now I want...

Routing Incoming Personalized Fax Numbers to a Multi-tech FaxFinder

Ahh - I see that option now. So took an open DID and created a rule and used the send fax option to go to my email. Works like a champ! That just solved a huge issue for me on this project, so thank you very much for pointing this out to me.Not sure if there is a page on 3CX that explains this...

Routing Incoming Personalized Fax Numbers to a Multi-tech FaxFinder

We need to route the received fax to different users based on the DID that was called. The Built in Fax system can have DID's attached to it from what I can see but no place in the GUI to then tie the DID to a different destination. Only seems to have one email address to send faxes to. Of...

Routing Incoming Personalized Fax Numbers to a Multi-tech FaxFinder

In the process of transitioning a client to 3CX. They currently have a PRi with DID's that are used to route "personal fax numbers" to a 4 port Multi-tech Faxfinder. So the Toshiba unit - uses the DID's to then route to one of 4 Analog ports on the Toshiba system. The caller ID sent is changed...

    Implemented Copy an existing extension

Agree. POne way - let us save a set as a BLF template to be used later. If you take to the phone level that could also be great - as then screen timeouts, etc could be covered as well.

Implemented BLF Keys Copy from one ext to another

This is something that has bothered me as well. I think there should be the ability to pick a BLF template - which overlays on the phone template. SO based on various departments, one could apply a "departmental" template to set the BLFs. THey would just then be part of that extension setup. If...

Start Shared Park at 1 instead of 0 Windows Client

I agree - ran across this when I saw a Park 0 - and wondered how the heck they did that. Then scrolled down and there it was. Bad form. Of course if Engineers ran the world we would have Day 0 every month.
