Options since Exit ignore push is gone

How the heck can I turn off the 3cx app when I don't want it ringing my extension. I don't want to use DND as I want my desk phone to ring as normal.

Please advise as I have a lot of users asking me the same thing? why the heck did 3cx remove the option to Exit?
I liked the other option I used before the later updates, goto accounts and uncheck the account. that worked great too.

Any help apprecaited.

As a Titanium Partner you should know that in V16 U3 they added the ability to control Push directly via the statuses. Even more, they put a Silent mode on the app, which is in the menu as well as the context menu on the homescreen (hold app icon).

Heck I figured it out and I am just a Gold Partner...
I still don't understand why 3CX can't simply do what end users are requesting.
I do think the Silent Mode is something we can live with - and hopefully keep it the same - and consistent in the new IOS version when it arrives.

Silent mode doesn't stop it. It still pops up the call box. I literally want to Exit the app and not get anything? is that not an option?

OK. I guess I found my option by accident.

If you goto the accounts list and hold the active account, a box will pop up with deactivate. Thats what we are needing. So if anyone else is in the same boat as i've seen some post they made dummy accounts to flip to when they want a quiet cell phone, thats the fix. Hold the account and it will give you options to deactivate.
