    It’s still in the same place. Select the queue in the panel, and—provided you have the correct permissions—you can log agents in and out. There is surely a way to handle this via the API.

    In this case, the participant's public IP will be on the global blacklist. There is nothing you can do about it other than use a different public IP.

    If you dont have any access to your pbx, than you cant do anything. You didnt had admin access before? How are the phones connected to the pbx? If you have the free one hosted by 3cx, you cant use desk phones with it anymore.

    Sorry, i need to edit my post... Sure you can connect from anywhere... You can reboot it from your customer portal or from the webclient with admin access.
