    Thanks John, I've dug a little further into the older W56P setup and it seems there is a number assignment option which the new GUI doesn't have (or is available elsewhere perhaps). I'll try Yealink direct, thanks.

    Hi, we've just implemented a W80DM (with W80B for extra range) using dual W57R handsets to share the same extension. We have just replaced W52P handsets (with W52 base units) which used to allow paired handsets to share the ext and ring at the same time. I've checked and we don't have any call...
