    If you have a backup file, you can look at the .xml file and search for the extension with the system owner role. Password reset from the login page requires an email address not used by another extension.

    Upgraded ours without issue via the script. For anyone wondering, the script does also install the update for the SBC software, in addition to the OS upgrade.

    So the SMTP is configured to go to the unlicensed M365 account, and you can't log in to 3CX? An easy workaround would be to add an Exchange Online Plan 1 license to that M365 account, so it can email.

    I don't know if you can see it but as a partner we can see the count in our end when we start to renew. Just below the line "Subscription expires in" is an extension count. AFAIK all defined Users count. You can maybe convert some to CFD or other solution?
