    Hi, Are there any issues regarding 3CX SMT today? My server is unable to send any welcome e-mails, etc. Testing SMTP in PBX says "5.7.0 Denied". PBX is on dynamic IP, checked FQDN in management console with google DNS and all seems normal, i.e. resolves to correct IP. Only have 1 public IP...

    Thx all for the posts / suggestions, really appreciate it @aws2p No, "disallow use of extension..." is not unticked, but "disable remote ..." is unticked. Interesting point there, but I never had to do this on the couple of installations I have done previously, although not the same case...

    @cobaltit Thank you for your help. Just to give some feedback and take this post as resolved. Found a parameter to set the ringing volume setting to non volatile memory which seems to have resolved the problem.

    @cobaltit Thank you, have that parameter already set, but that seems to be related to the "Voice" volume and not the ringer volume I have already Googled my ass off :) and cant find anything, but will continue. Also becoming "not" a fan of Polycom quickly :) Thank you for your assistance

    Incoming calls are disconnected in 1-2 minutes

    With the drop of calls after 30 sec's, it sounds like a RTP timeout issue, i.e. not getting ACK packet back and usually related to NAT / Firewall issues. Also make sure you have latest firmware and templates fo the phones from 3CX
