    Hello @Mwamba, Try and uninstall the application again and this time remove PhoneApp folder from C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows and install again.

    Could you please delete all the call history and make just one missed call on your phone and try again the same scenario i.e. click on the call history button and then re-provision and check if the blue notification is still appears.
