    Thanks - an interesting side note. It only did it once. After installing and uninstalling again, I had no further issues. It is possible that it was something specific with my phone which is a Samsung S9+.

    @YiannisH_3CX @Leonidas 3CX The 3CX app is the only SIP client I have on my phone. I will reinstall the latest beta and see if the problem resolves itself. I appreciate the input and ideas.

    @dan_tx Thanks for your quick reply......however that seems like a huge hammer for such a small nail. In the one instance we have 15 companies, in another deployment, we have over 50 companies, I don't think this solution scales very well. I guess what I am looking for is the same...
