    We have the EHS problem with both X6U and X210,when picking up the headset, nothing happens, but docking an and picking up the headset a second time, answers the cal... We have to address the issue to Fanvil.

  7. When editing multible users, DND forward internal calls to Ext, result: End call

    When I mark, say 10 users, and sets the forwarding rules for DND to forward internal calls to another extension, when I check, the result is now End Call. Is this a bug or am I missing something? 3CX Enterprise version 18.0 Build 461
