X6U-2 Ringing issues on new firmware

We have had a few users that have headsets have issues after an upgrade to FW V 2.12.16.20. If a user is using a EHS headset and has EHS enabled on the phone (Features->advanced->EHS (Enabled) the first ring come across like a blurry/buzzy sounding ring. Also reports of the headset not allowing them to pick up the call via the headset.

We have disabled EHS and fix the ringing sound issue but disable the ability to pick the call.

anyone else seeing this?

Any headset directly connected to the ip phone is not tested or supported.
In this case you need to contact vendor.

We have the EHS problem with both X6U and X210,when picking up the headset, nothing happens, but docking an and picking up the headset a second time, answers the cal... We have to address the issue to Fanvil.
