    I can't get the handset to make an intercom call to a desktop phone. I haven't set up a VOIP provider yet so I can't make a "real" test call yet. I've done everything that the docs on 3cx say to do. I've never set up a DECT phone before. It has downloaded the config file. What do I need to check?

    I have a customer who uses voice apps. He has a Google cloud-based PBX. How do I revert it back to 15.5 from an auto-update to 16 so his voiceapp works? If you can't do that you can also tell me where to get the new call flow designer and where to upload its scripts to.

    Is there an option somewhere that I can use to change an extensions status to away? I know there is one to change to available but I can't find one to change it back.

    My firewall checker says everything is ok. I'm referring to the network with the SBCs on them. Does the SBC require that port 5090 be forwarded to it? I don't think it does but just making sure.

    First time using a hosted PBX. It will have 3 different locations. I've got three raspberry pi's setup as SBCs. Do I need to setup any forwarded ports? They seem to work fine but I don't want to have intermittent problems down the road.
