    Thanks for the response Ernesto, however upon turning on verbose logging, the response was 350 + lines, and whilst I did try and look through, nothing popped out as an error. Is there anything specific I should be looking for?

    Hi All, I am having an issue creating call journaling in Salesforce, I have followed the guide and this has been connected, however when I make a call I get the link into Salesforce, and when answering I get navigated to Salesforce - but the call doesn't log at all, below are the test results...
