    I wonder if it will work if I copy the "grandstream_grp.ph.xml" file from a V16 U4 over to a V15.5 box. Just for the time being (for testing purposes).

    Another update on this. It only happens when an incoming call is parked. When the call is picked up from park, it will end at 3 minutes. I will be checking the firewall's session timer value to see what it might be.

    I can confirm that SIP ALG is disabled. This particular client has a Cisco RV320 and yes, the firewall checker does pass.

    @eddv123 - Thanks for the quick reply! This is the only remote extension for this PBX. I have confirmed that "SIP ALG" is disabled on both routers. I will need to look into port forwarding the "Local SIP" port to that phone.
