    This can be done by creating a Department and routing the DID through the Department. I have also had to do this for several clients.

    Just noticed what might be a bug. My ringer shows OFF in one menu and ON in the other. If I toggle either switch, the other goes opposite.

    I think you can force the downgrade through a USB install of the firmware. I remember there being instructions out there from Yealink for earlier models. Not sure about the T58 though.
