    What I discovered is Yealink only support 8 Line shortcuts (not 16) with 3cx and no more, or else it's unable to dial out from the Yealink phones at all from any shortcut. Use a 8 or less shortcuts and the phone can successfully dial out from 8 different numbers. I factory defaulted the phone...
