    Yes SP is setup and working with BLF's, but because it's a different workflow to their old phone system, and the users are not particularly tech savvy, change isn't being well accepted ‍♂️ I'll look into parking orbit on multitenant, thanks Steve!

    I have a new client on a shared tenancy that doesn't like (or want to use) Shared Parking. They really like using the built in Hold/Resume buttons on the handsets themselves. Is there a way to pickup a call on Hold through that process from a different handset?
