Disconnect license from FQDN

Hello,

I needed to rebuild a server and was expecting to be able to go into the Customer Portal and be able to disconnect the license from the old FQDN and then apply it to the new install. However, the Disconnect link is not available in the Customer portal for the old FQDN/install. How can I move the license over?

It was required to do this from the Customer Portal and not the Partner Portal.
