    Hi Everyone, thanks so much for your help. It was the Fax field removed from the Account, it was in the Contact and Leads but not the Account, so I appreciate you taking the time to respond, thanks again, This makes 3CX a viable option for us now.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply, but the field is on the layout, it is not hidden and all user profiles have privileges, so any other ideas? ideally, removing the Fax from the template would be better, I mean who uses Faxes? any other help would be appreciated, thanks.
