    Thanks for the response. I had a feeling that was the case. I might just stick to the built in features of Callcentric. I can manually setup the Polycom digitmap as I'm only configuring 2-3 phones for them.

    I'm currently testing 3CX Startup with CallCentric. CallCentric requires a 1 before area code (US). Most people are not accustomed to dialing a 1 and start with the area code. I'm using older PolycomVVX150's for testing that work great otherwise. I can prepend the 1 using a digitmap when testing...
