Prepend 1 for outbound on CallCentric

I'm currently testing 3CX Startup with CallCentric. CallCentric requires a 1 before area code (US). Most people are not accustomed to dialing a 1 and start with the area code. I'm using older PolycomVVX150's for testing that work great otherwise. I can prepend the 1 using a digitmap when testing the phones connected directly to CallCentric (no provisioning, manual setup).
I've seen guides/references to Inbound and Outbound Parameters but I can't seem to find that in my Startup admin console.

Hi,

StartUP does not have this feature. You need a dedicated system to be able to prepend/strip digits (or generally do custom numbering/routing).

If the users want to stay on StartUP I'm afraid they will have to dial the 1 in this case.

Thanks for the response. I had a feeling that was the case. I might just stick to the built in features of Callcentric. I can manually setup the Polycom digitmap as I'm only configuring 2-3 phones for them.
