    Hello! Been trying to get live chat up and running this morning on my site, and I get a greyed out/dimmed chat bubble successfully on the website, but it gives me a "not clickable" cursor when I hover over it. Using Wordpress 6.7.1 on Hostgator, been trying to follow all the guides, etc...
