    Thanks would that be a backup from the Management Console or the user web client ? I don't see any option from the user web client.

    Dear All, When I am connected to the Management Console I click on Advance > Contacts - I can see a few contacts and able to export these contacts However When I log into the Web Client, I have many more contacts, but there is no way of me to export the contacts. Can someone advise how to...
