    I have spoke to the provider and there is no sign of it hitting the system. The trunk works on a standard 3cx system both ways and is showing as activated on the system. There does not appear to be a routing option on the free service but I assume it's because you can only have one trunk.

    I have a trunk configured with Voicehost in the UK. Calls in are fine but when I try to call out it rings once and drops. This is for all extensions.

    We had this today and on the router disabling SIP ALG corrected the problem.

  4. TAPI Driver to Desk Phone

    On V15.5 I have the Tapi driver installed but when choosing a contact it calls from the softphone and not the connected desktop. The Click to call and Webclient are fine. Is there a way to change the TAPI option?
