Problem is still there aswell, also update to iOS 14.1 makes no difference. R&D is still silent, I asked two times for an update of any kind to inform my customers but no response unfortunatly, not used to 3CX not responding.
What if you make a second outbound rule: first 00 strip 1 digit second 0 no stripping. Will it skip the first rule because you only have one 0 and not 2?
What @SweetAction said, al of our similar cases we had WAN issues (even the smallest hiccup), some only at peak moments. Changing QoS/VLAN priority, letting them communicate over another WAN IP (if available) was the solution in these cases.
The did. (Always very quick btw) tech support send it to R&D with all the crash reports, so no ETA on when this is resolved unfortunately. We have only one customer (out of many) with this problem. Can’t reproduce at other customers with same kind of setup.
Same issue here, strange thing is when we use our own account no problem, customers account (same phone/app) crash even after a migration to the cloud. So it must be a combination of config/app on the latest iOS. (Running beta)
created a ticket and awaiting reply from support.

What Joost means is that he wants to create a CFD that during break times (12:30 - 13.00) the extension rings for 15 seconds and the plays a message they are on lunchbreak. We want to add the app to the inbound rule that ext 201 rings during office hours and rings aswell during breaktimes only...
Hi Fluehmann,
