    Yes @Alphabetic it is the current setup. my question was about the Custom FQDN, will it work if we use self-signed SSL certificate? because we can't access our system from the internet/outside of our office network?

    @Alphabetic internally is fine, it is assigned a permanent IP, only for the internet line, the ISP assigned dynamic IP

    We are currently using 3CX 20.0 Update 6 (Build 724) with 3CX provided FQDN. Thinking of changing the FQDN to match our company domain name. What is the best approach to do this? Can anyone direct me to the best resources to do this? Thank you

    yes, the 3CX was installed from 3CX iso. There is no restriction from the firewall though

    Hi @bitn2 upgrading from v18 Update 9 (Build 35). there is no restriction on firewall thats how I could ping deb.debian.org from the server itself. What kind of outgoing restriction you are talking about? I am not aware of any restriction in place. Users can make ougtoing calls

    Dear 3CX community/support, We have an agent that is always logged on in a Queue even though the agent is not on duty. May I know which configuration or settings that cause this behaviour? Please see screenshot below, example: on 23, 24, 25 the agent was logged in from 12am to the next day 12am.

    Dear 3CX support and community, We tried to upgrade 3CX v18 to v20 and got error message stating it is unable to reach deb.debian.org. We could ping deb.debian.org from the server and have changed the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8. Is there anything else we could check?
