    Solved I spotted that the sip:441653xxxx number was configured in 3CX as +441653xxxx Hence there was no match, so rejected So may have been a SIP trunk change we weren't made aware of :(

    Thank you for the advice. GoTrunk were blocking certain "high cost" EU countries ... this has now been lifted from our account and everything is now working fine.
