We have an on-premises PBX running v20.0, using GoTrunk as our SIP.
I have disabled E164 and setup 4 outbound rules to allow domestic and international dialing (using 00 or + as a prefix).
This all seems to work and I can ring UK and various international countries (we've successfully tried USA, Australia, France, South Africa)
However, when I try to ring the Netherlands, the call rings 3 times then beeps to (?) indicate it can't connect and drops.
We have tried the US Embassy and a mobile number (+316xxx) and both fail.
Can anyone shed light on why the Netherlands might be different to all other countries?
The "Allowed Country Codes" has *everything* enabled but here's a screenshot showing the Netherlands is enabled.

Many thanks for any help ...
