    Hello, brand new to 3cx. I am testing internal extensions. And when I test from one user extension to another user extension, it just does a half a ring then goes to voicemail. Thoughts on this? Thank you!

    Thank you. I am on a demo account with sip.us and they disabled outbound calling. It is not enabled and works great. thanks again.

    Ok. How about if I add 50 desk phones to the mix but I still want my server hosted outside my office. And my SIP trunk does not connect to my office either. I can still do this, all I need is one "router phone" or an SBC?

    I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around sip trunking. Suppose I have a 3cx hosted system with a sip trunk. The sip trunk is on my internet connection coming into my office. So, how do soft phones connect to the sip trunk? Do the soft phones point to my sip connection? Is it correct to say...
