Solved calling extensions

Hello, brand new to 3cx. I am testing internal extensions. And when I test from one user extension to another user extension, it just does a half a ring then goes to voicemail. Thoughts on this? Thank you!

Are you using physical phones or the 3CX web client. I would start with the web client. That eliminates any issues with physical phone provisioning. Let us know if that works, and then we can start discussing phone/provisioning issues.

I started with web client. I found out the issues. I did not have my notifications turned on. I was still "not registered" thank you.
