    Thank you for your answer! How do I remove the MAC address from the old system? I removed the phone itself from 3CX but this doesn't remove the MAC address, does it? My router is a Fritz!Box 7590 AX and I don't find a way to add the MAC address to it.

    Hello everyone,, I disconnected a phone (Yealink T48U) from 3CX and would like to connect it to my router (it ahd already been connected to it before). However, the phone's screen still shows the 3CX interface, even after it has been plugged in and unplugged. Do I still have to have 3CX reset...
