    This has nothing to do with PBX. The SBC can be installed only on debian 9 (strech) and you can use it to connect to any 3CX PBX v15, which runs on any of the suported Linux(debian 8/9) or Windows platforms.

    if you are referring to the SBC on the Raspberry PI, then the supported is 20 ip Phones. Also, note that on standard Debian stretch , depending on your hardware setup, the number of IP phones supported is higher.
