V15.5 Update 4 - Reports links point to old local URL

Hi,

When users are sent reports they get an email with something like the following:-

Subject: 3CX Phone System - QuoteLine
Your call report - QuoteLine is ready for download.
Download your report from here.
If you are in the office you can also download it locally from here.

The local download link is an https link the PCs local FQDN and so the user gets a cert warning because the common name of the cert doesn't match. Similarly there are duplicate links in the reports themselves, link the links to wav files in the call reports. The other link is the 3CX provided Let's Encrypt secured link which works fine.

Is there anyway to remove these links. Have the olf style links only appeared because the config of this system has been upgraded several time?

Hi Telis,

You can edit the Report template From Management Console -> Settings-> Email->Email Templates,
Select "Reports Template" and remove the local link (REPORT_URL2) or customize the Template to suit your needs.
