  1. Solved Click2Chat URL is Internal IP Address

    I was trying to setup the wordpress plugin for click2chat but the URL that is supposed to be copied is the internal IP address of my 3CX server. We are using a FQDN and all other features are working normally. Was this something I did wrong during the install or can it be changed?

  2. l am using 3CX live chat Wordpress plugin and l am unable to configure the Chat Hours

    Hello the 3cx WordPress Plugin is phenomenally, great sadly l am unable to configure the chat availability hours despite there being a button that displays ADD, I am unable to to add the working/active hours for the support agent since when l click Add button it's basically not clickable...

  3. Solved have "Call Only" option for wordpress live chat?

    Hi At the moment there are 3 options in the wordpress live chat chat only phone and chat and video, phone and chat. Isn't there a option for just call? Is there anyway we can implement just call function? A feedback will be highly appreciated. Thank You

  4. Erro - O Plugin 3CX Click 2 Live Chat Talk só funciona quando estou logado como admin no WP.

    Quando estou logado como administrador no WP, ou plugin click 2 live chat talk funciona corretamente. Veja abaixo. Teste de operação realizada, ok. Porém, quando abro uma página do WP, sem estar logado como administrador, o plug-in não aparece. Alguém sabe a solução?
