    Hi, we've had calls still appearing in the queue appearing unanswered despite the fact the calls have been assigned to available agents. They still appear on the wallboard under 'Calls waiting'. Any idea what causes this? Thanks, Elliott

    Does anyone know of a way to get the caller id to work when you are on a call and a new call comes in on another line? Both the Yealink phone and Web Client show the caller id of the second call, but the windows client does not. Thanks!
