  1. UNABLE TO ANSWER CALL WITH DESKTOP APP

    I am using a Yealink T-54w with the 3cx desktop app and everything works well except it will no longer let me answer the calls through the app. The answer button is greyed out.     3CX iPhone App - V18 Update 2 Not able to make or receive calls

    Hi All, Since the update to V18 Update 2 all our iPhone users are not able to make or receive calls. Any ideas? Once we re-provision the extension it seems to work again but that is a terrible way to update a version.
