UNABLE TO ANSWER CALL WITH DESKTOP APP

I am using a Yealink T-54w with the 3cx desktop app and everything works well except it will no longer let me answer the calls through the app. The answer button is greyed out. It also will not let me call out from the desktop app. I keep having to dial on the physical phone. Has anyone else had this issue?

This issue was caused due to a problem with the recent firmware 96.86.100.5
Yealink is working on producing a fix which we should have ready soon.
I will lock this post, kindly follow the below thread to become informed as soon as the fix is released and provide feedback there if needed.
