    Outbound calls on a 3CX to Cisco

    Hello, community, I have integrated my 3CX with Cisco UCM, I can make calls from 3CX to Cisco. However, my challenge is that the Caller ID on the Cisco side is not a 3CX extension but the Cisco Main trunk number. Where am I going wrong?
