  2. Solved Contacts are not stored in the backup?

    Hi, out of the blue our global company contacts are lost, no entry is available anymore. Looking into the backups made by the 3cx system I do not find anything containing the contacts. Are the contacts not stored in the backups? I am using 15.5.15502.6

  3. Company Directory query.

    We have a client asking if it is possible that prevent a specific extension seeing / having access to the Company Directory ? System is currently Ver. 15.5.5 thanks in advsnce tony else
