    Softphone/CTI default control moved in v20

    The default operation for softphone/cti used to be in Users > Extension > Phone Provisioning > 3CX APP. We recently upgraded to v20, and that section is no longer there. Where can I go to toggle the default softphone client operation between CTI/Softphone now?

    I have multiple phones: one dect (W58P), one T46s, one T58V. But on my primary PC I use only one of these, and its unlikelty I switch often. This setup is problematic.
