  1. WebClient DialPad Issues

    Once we're connected to a call, we're unable to correctly navigate menu's or join conference ID's. It seems that when we're pressing numbers, certain numbers are being duplicated causing issues when we try to use the dialpad in an active call. Does anybody know of a potential fix for this...

  2. Dialpad for Softclient during Calls # Cannot only use

    Hello, when calling a number via 3CXPhone for Windows, the dialpad can't be accessed anymore. Meaning we can't set up any customer environment without phones, since dtmf is required when calling most callcenters and even when entering a 3CX conference. When is this feature going to be added...
