    I have 1 customer that uses the Digital receptionist. Just so happens, only the owner has an issue. We have a SIP trunk that delivers the call to the Audio receptionist. When he starts to hear the opening greeting, he also hears a ringtone. Other users say they have never heard the ringtone...
