  1. Question re Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration with 3CX

    Hi all, A customer has asked me if he has Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration with 3CX, and he makes or receives a call on his mobile phone (not necessarily through the 3CX app), will that show in the call journals in Dynamics/3CX?
