    Hello all, One of our customers has just moved to Gradwell for their SIP trunks and have reported intermittent error of forbidden on the IP phones. Looking at the logs we are getting a failed, cause: Cause: 603 Declined/INVITE. Asked Gradwell to do a trace and they said the line was busy...
