extention not found

  1. extension is not found following v20 update

    I am extension 000 on our system, but since updating to v20 (from v18) last week my extension is 'not found'. I'm not able to receive direct calls or calls from ring groups. I am still able to make calls from my extension. Any help or suggestions on why my extension is now behaving badly...
